Terms and conditions of use
Last updated: 17.10.2026
Draft for the current live operation. The direct email route is active; the full address and certain provider and retention details still need to be added. Outstanding address and provider details are not an assurance of full compliance.
This language version is a translation draft and is still subject to professional review.
These terms explain what you can expect from AngehörigenHERZ. They concern use of this online service, not the terms of any subsequent care service from another provider.
1. Scope
The provider is the operator named in the legal notice. The website is aimed at people who wish to find out about caring for someone close to them in Switzerland. Use of the website and contact check is free of charge; it creates neither a subscription nor a chargeable order.
2. Orientation rather than a promise of services
Information on remuneration, possible activities, qualifications and regional availability serves as initial orientation. Whether remuneration is possible and how it is structured depends in each individual case on the recognised care service, the responsible provider, funding and the applicable requirements.
Any stated maximum amount is not a promise for an individual person. The relationship to the person receiving care – family or circle of friends – also does not by itself create an entitlement. Personal requirements and any possible training are discussed in the individual assessment.
3. How the contact check works
You select your situation, then canton and postcode as well as a time window. You can correct your information before submitting by using «Go back one step». The contact form asks for name, telephone, optional email, canton, postcode, broad situation, language and requested time; do not provide diagnoses, medical records or data about other people.
The final button sends the information described in the form and privacy notice directly through FormSubmit to info@angehörigenherz.ch. Acceptance for sending by FormSubmit is neither proof of mailbox delivery or reading nor acceptance of an order. No callback, appointment or disclosure to a care provider is agreed.
4. Request for contact and subsequent care contracts
A submitted contact request remains non-binding and is processed only for the displayed contact purpose. Details of direct email transmission, data categories and your explicit confirmation are set out in the privacy notice and immediately before submission.
A care provider independently assesses a possible service offer. A care or employment relationship and a remuneration agreement can arise only through a separate agreement with the responsible provider, not through use of this website. That provider’s terms apply to such agreements; no particular form of contract is assured here.
5. Careful handling of information
Please provide only information that concerns you and is necessary for the respective contact purpose. The check is not intended for diagnoses, medical reports, insurance numbers or identity details of the person receiving care. Anyone acting for another person must be authorised to do so; medical records must not be submitted through this service.
The website is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, contact the responsible emergency service; in Switzerland, call 144 or 112.
6. Privacy and advertising
The privacy notice explains the actual data processing. Use of this website is not tied to consent to advertising tracking, newsletters or general advertising contacts. The current contact check does not use Google Ads or Analytics measurement. Any requested handling of a contact concern must be separate from additional advertising.
7. Care, availability and liability
We aim to provide clear and carefully researched information. However, this website cannot replace an individual assessment by the responsible professionals. Technical availability and the conditions of external providers may change; this does not constitute a guarantee of remuneration or regional admission.
The statutory rules on liability apply. Liability for intent and gross negligence, as well as any other mandatorily protected claims, is not excluded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Law, changes and questions
Swiss law applies to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory protective provisions and statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved; no exclusive place of jurisdiction is stipulated to the detriment of consumers.
Any change to these terms will be published on this page with a new status date. It does not retrospectively change consents already given or separate agreements. Please address questions about use to the contact address stated in the legal notice.
