The responsible specialist service checks whether compensation is possible in your situation. This online offering does not itself provide care or decide your compensation.

YOU MAY BE WONDERING …
The published offer states up to CHF 40 gross per recognised hour of care. This is a maximum amount, not a commitment for every individual case. The actual compensation, scope and terms are discussed with you personally.
According to the published offer, no care qualification is needed to get started. A multi-day Swiss Red Cross (SRK) course must be completed within twelve months. You can clarify which requirements apply to you and how the course works in a personal conversation.
Certainly. You can select all 26 cantons in the check. So far, coverage is publicly evidenced for the city and canton of Zurich. For other regions, it is first checked whether suitable support is possible. This does not yet constitute a service commitment.
This help is valuable to relatives as well. For possible compensation, however, recognised basic care may be considered. Shopping, cooking, cleaning and general companionship are not automatically compensated as care.
With your consent, your enquiry is emailed to AngehörigenHERZ through FormSubmit. We can review your details and contact you. This is not an agreed callback, appointment or entitlement to payment; no automatic disclosure to a care provider takes place.
No, you may take your time to find your bearings. The check is neither an obligation nor a promise of compensation. Whether compensation is possible and the conditions it involves are only clarified later, personally and professionally.
You can also enquire if you care for a friend or another person close to you. A family relationship is not required to start this check. Whether payment is possible and which requirements apply will be assessed personally and professionally; the relationship alone does not establish eligibility.
